Entering a Defined Zone

Notification of vehicles exiting a user defined zone. Administrators can create any number of user defined zones. Zones are named rectangular areas that overlay any area of a map. Settings include:

• Active Times
• E-mail to send notification
• Active or Inactive

Exiting a Defined Zone

First Movement

No Movement

Notification if vehicles do not move by a specific time of day. Settings include:

Motion

Notification if there is any movement of a vehicle during a set time period. For instance if the vehicle moves between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Settings include:

• Active or Inactive

Extended Stop

Notification if a vehicle remains stopped for longer than a defined time. Settings include:

• Applies to one vehicle or a defined fleet of vehicles
• Maximum vehicle stop time
• Active Days
• Target Time
• E-mail to send notification
• Active or Inactive

Speed

Notification if vehicles ever exceed a defined maximum speed. Settings include:

• Applies to one vehicle or a defined fleet of vehicles
• Maximum allowable speed
• Active Days
• Target Time
• E-mail to send notification
• Active or Inactive

Sensor Active

Notification if a sensor is activated. For sensors that are normally off. Ex. If a door is opened, lift is activated, etc. Settings include:

• Sensor Type

• Target Time
• E-mail to send notification
• Active or Inactive

Sensor Inactive

Notification if a sensor is deactivated. For sensors that are normally on. Ex. If an alarm is turned off, refrigeration unit fails, etc. Settings include:

• Active or Inactive

Sensor Active / Inactive

Notification if any sensor activates or deactivates, regardless of normal state. Settings include:
